All three mansions sit within a similar budget range, with less than a $1.3 million gap between the cheapest and the most expensive one. These prices also include the discount available to players who completed the three New Listing missions before the update.

If you're ready to drop a few million on a luxury safehouse, here’s where to find each mansion on the map.
The Tongva Estate Location
The Tongva Estate sits deep in the hills, offering privacy, quiet roads, and a scenic mountain view. You'll find it just south of Lago Zancudo. Follow Tonga Drive, take the left turn onto Route 68, then take the next left again. After passing the nearby fields, the Tongva Estate will appear along the twisting hillside road.
The Vinewood Residence Location
Set north of the Vinewood district, the Vinewood Residence is one of the priciest estates in the update. Head into Cliffton Avenue, then follow the northern route that curves around toward the Vinewood Bowl. At the end of the path, you’ll spot the mansion overlooking Los Santos.
Players can also quickly reach the area by jumping off the Los Santos Freeway — several connecting roads lead straight up the hill.
The Richman Villa Location
The Richman Villa is located in the Richman district on the western side of the map. It’s one of the easiest mansions to reach. Drive out of Morningwood, take Tongva Drive, and make the second right after Richman Street. Follow the road until you hit the next major curve, and the Richman Villa will come into view.
How to Purchase the Mansions
Once you've chosen your dream property, simply open your in-game phone and visit Prix Luxury Real Estate. All three Safehouse in the Hills mansions are listed there, ready for purchase.
